By accessing and using NetWorth Tracker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
NetWorth Tracker is a financial management platform that provides users with tools to:
3.1 Account Creation: To use the Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
4.1 Free Plan: Provides access to daily expense tracking (1 country) and up to 3 asset cards at no cost.
4.2 Pro Plan (€4.99/month): Includes unlimited asset cards, unlimited countries, health tracking, and all features.
4.4 Payment: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4.6 Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused service periods.
5.1 Program Terms: Users can refer friends using their unique referral code. Both the referrer and the referred user receive 3 months of Pro subscription free upon successful signup.
5.2 Limitations: Each user may receive rewards for a maximum of 10 successful referrals.
5.3 Abuse: We reserve the right to cancel referral rewards if we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the program.
You agree not to:
7.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to the financial and health data you input into the Service.
7.2 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and PIN authentication.
7.3 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NetWorth Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NETWORTH TRACKER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
NetWorth Tracker is a tracking and analysis tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. The information provided by the Service should not be considered as a substitute for professional financial advice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NetWorth Tracker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
